Sales Policy:
Before you purchase any rabbits from us please read the following:

When we sell animals, we make sure the animals are in good condition and are healthy. No refunds will be given unless you can prove the animal died
from a lack of care on our part. We will need a certified vet certificate to refund you. The expenses are to be paid for by the buyer. We have trust in
ourselves that when we sell our animals they are healthy and in good condition.

All our animals are sold as follow with full pedigrees:
Show Quality: means there are no faults that we know of or disqualifications or genetic defects and the animal can be shown
Brood Quality: means no genetic defects, disqualifications, and these animals can be very good for breeding
Pet Quality: means the animal is healthy but just does not have the type for showing or breeding, or has disqualifications or defects

If you are buying a very young rabbit we cannot tell you any flaws that might pop up as they ageing, so purchase is at the buyer's risk.

If you are interested in any of our rabbits we can put them on hold for you but you will have to put half of the money down as a down payment. We have
been forced to do this as not everyone pays for the rabbits as promised.

A "put on hold" doesn't mean you can leave the rabbit on hold forever. You will need to make the arrangements to pick up the rabbit within two
weeks or make other arrangements for pick up and discuss it with me, such as a show we are attending.

If you have not complied with the two weeks on hold and have not picked up the rabbit or made any arrangements, you will loose the down payment and I
will sell the animal to someone else.

We accept all personal cheques and Canadian money orders. No rabbits will leave the farm until the full payment has been cleared.

We live in central Alberta and we are able to ship rabbits all over Canada with West Jet, at the buyer's expense.

If you are no longer able to take care of the rabbit you bought from us, we are more than willing to take them back without a refund and try to find the
rabbit a new home free of charge.
We would not like people to be desparate and turn these rabbits loose, as they won't survive in the wild as they are domesticated and most likely not have
the right instincts to survive. Please bring them back to us and we will try and find them a new home.

If you do not understand this policy please feel free to ask any other questions that you might have. We are more than willing to help answer them.
